Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and competent coordinator to manage the digital product production process and coordinate digital marketing activities to ensure the success of our campaigns. TASKS: Digital Product Management: • Receive and analyze requests for new digital products. • Copy and format the landing page text on Word to prepare the work material for translation. • Coordinate with the translation team to obtain accurate translations of content in German and English. • Collaborate with the graphics team to create the logo once the Brand name in German is confirmed. • Supervise the creation of mockups, ensuring the adaptation of translations on the landing page and integration of mockups. Video Production: • Coordinate with translators to obtain translations of video content. • Manage the voice-over recording process for videos. • Collaborate with a video editor to replace the English text with the translated one, add subtitles, and make required changes such as converting prices from dollars to euros. Landing Page Creation: • Use tools like PageFly, ClickFunnels, or PageFly to design and develop attractive and conversion-oriented landing pages for our digital products. Shopify and Funnelish Setup: • Configure and customize the Shopify store to showcase digital products. • Integrate the store with Funnelish to optimize the sales process. • Set up the Facebook Pixel to track conversions and traffic from advertising campaigns. Creative Content and Copywriting: • Create persuasive and engaging content for online advertising campaigns. • Ensure message consistency across all marketing channels. Advertising Campaign Management: • Coordinate and optimize advertising campaigns via Facebook Ads and other paid traffic sources. • Monitor campaign performance and propose improvements to maximize ROI. REQUIREMENTS: • Fluent in English with a minimum level of C1 or a native speaker. • Proven experience in digital product production and digital marketing. • Excellent coordination and project management skills. • Knowledge of Shopify, Funnelish, Facebook Pixel, and video editing tools. • Proficient in persuasive and creative copywriting. • Ability to create engaging landing pages using tools like PageFly, ClickFunnels, or PageFly. • Excellent proficiency in English and German for translation and adaptation of content. • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving attitude. • Availability to work full-time, with a commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
