TASKS: • Media planning. • Launch and optimize advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, Twitter, TikTok, etc) both for web and app. • Regular analysis and optimization of traffic sources in order to achieve the main media indicators. • Report on the results of advertising campaigns and prepare tactical recommendations. • Set tasks for designers to develop creatives. • Define budgets and resources required for digital initiatives implementation. • Monitor and control budget spending on a monthly/weekly/daily basis. • Ensure smooth operation of an omnichannel ecosystem and its adjustment to current business needs. • Manage execution of digital marketing activities and ensure deliverability of all goals and objectives. • Research digital marketing best practices and toolsets to identify new opportunities for the company. • Constantly search and test new hypotheses both in creatives and global digital approaches. REQUIREMENTS: • 2+ years experience as a digital manager, traffic manager, or media buyer, preferably in the fintech industry and/or in the Asian market. • Excellent computer and analytical skills. • Ability to work in multicultural & cross-functional environments. • Fluent in English.
