ABOUT: For our passionate team in vacation rental sector, I am searching for a driven and goal-oriented growth hacking associate who can take over digital marketing, social media marketing and lead generation process for service growth. This role requires a multi-skilled professional whose experience ranges from conceptualising digital marketing strategy, creative writing and editing, content distribution, campaign development and analytics. TASKS: • Conceptualize and implement the overall content strategy: website, blogs, case studies, research reports, ebooks, guides, videos, and social media. • Plan, execute digital/social media marketing to support product goals and growth. • Manage social media accounts for user engagement and enhancing company's digital presence. • Manage YouTube/Instagram channels for engagement and growth. • Plan, execute Digital marketing activities to generate leads for product. • Identify and document the latest trends and developments in the industry. • Regularly review and optimize content performance. REQUIREMENTS: • Fluent in English and ideally German (or at least B2), French or Italian knowledge would be beneficial • Strong understanding of data, funnels, performance metrics. • Hands-on experience with digital ads and analytics. • Passion for writing, solid editorial instincts, and a distinct perspective on what qualifies as "good content". • Hands-on SEO experience – strong benefit. • Experience with Canva. • What matters the most for us is your attitude towards the tasks and getting things done. As you would be joining a start-up team, we need all members to be self-starters with ability to self-motivate and willingness to hustle, learn, and adapt.
