Что нужно знать и уметь?

1. Java Core (java.io, java.nio, java.util.*, collections API, jmm, reflect API, classloaders)
2. Understanding and using design patterns
3. Knowledge of multithreading, Java concurrency, Java Memory Model
4. Experience in developing high load and scalable services
5. Experience with Netty
6. Experience with TCP sockets
7. Experience with JUnit, Maven, GIT, JSON, XML
8. Experience with NoSql
