The June Homes tech team is looking for an inspired, motivated Python backend developer to join our team.
We are looking for a Python developer to be involved in all aspects of the software quality. The goal is to ensure and sustain a high-quality product released to our customers.
The job suits a highly motivated person interested in developing a stable Python developer career in an expanding international company. Work time is flexible, with a regular online presence for conference calls and online meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new features for an existing application built on Django 2.1
• Use Python, Django to develop new web application features
• Implement custom business logic and integrate with backend APIs and databases
• Integrate backend with 3th party services (e.g. Stripe, Salesforce, Zendesk, AWS)
• Share knowledge with others by working side by side with other developers and technologists
Requirements:
• 3+ years implementing Django web applications
• 3+ years of experience in Python
• 1+ years of web development experience (html, css, js)
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of database queries, web app performance, web app statefulness
• Familiarity with design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Preferred experience building web APIs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
