We need LEAD for team 6+ DEV
Responsibilities:
• Execution of current tasks (mainly backend)
• Coordination of the team work of 6 people
• Review Code
• Communication with the customer
• Tasks prioritization
What is the project about?
We are expanding the development team working for the Enterprise level Educational software!
The SAAS-based platform with the e-commerce store and a large number of user-types is being used in US educational institutions (individual schools and districts). It contains a rich library of licensed publications protected from being stolen or copied by technology. The development team applies the latest techniques for user interface and server-side and continuously migrates to the latest versions.
The Application designed to motivate children to read and complete assignments and allow teachers to add their content to teach effectively, and provides school managers with a range of monitoring and managing tools.
The outcomes for 2018 - the number of users is more than 700'000, the revenue is $ 24M, and the staff is 50 employees. We're a part of the distributed team from 4 locations - the USA, South Africa, Israel, and Belarus.
Position Description:
The main task is to make the current team more autonomous by developing new features for the project. We strive to ensure that the team worked autonomously with new features.
Stack: ASP.NET Core, EF 2.2, PostgresSQL, Angular 8, Bootstrap 4
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of software development experience as Lead Full-stack .NET Developer
• Good knowledge and understanding of OOP principles
• Strong knowledge of .NET(C#), .NET Core, ASP.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, MS SQL, RESTful API, JavaScript and at least one of JS frameworks (Angular 2+, React, Vue)
• Experience and knowledge of NOSQL/ PostgresSQL/ MySql - it will be a big plus
• English level – Upper Intermediate
