FUN&SUN is searching for MICE manager in Dubai to handle all MICE groups and Leisure Groups inquiries to ensure that all leads are addressed. Key Duties and Responsibilities • MICE and Groups Executive will make negotiation with hoteliers, suppliers about mice requests • maximise revenue and guest satisfaction by receiving and responding to MICE and Groups enquiries and related room reservations, transfers, all additioanal services such as gala dinners, excirsions, technical equipments etc • Will support the sales teams in generating leads and referring business by analysing current business, denied business and identifying potential new business through the office • will follow-up with guests to determine satisfaction; measures result and supports strategies to improve the quality of the guest experience Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail • will be self-driven and responsible for pro-active Sales. • will be responsible for communicating with guests in person, telephone to all requests in a professional & timely manner during their attandence at the location • will be responsible to convert all enquiries to a sale whilst providing the best price, making negotitaions with hoteliers, suppliers • will prepare calculation and itinerary for each event. • will compile weekly and monthly reports as required. • Will travel onsite to inspect ongoing arrangements, preparations and changes needed to meet the needs of the clients Ideal Candidate • should have 2 years’ previous MICE and Groups co-ordinating experience. • have knowledge of destination UAE, hotels , other locations • will have strong awareness of the hospitality industry. • will have a positive attitude, and an honest and trustworthy character is essential. • will be target driven with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. • will be a clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail. • will have strong creativity and organisational skills. • will be proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel as well as the ability to learn and utilise new computer software programs (if no knowledge of Sejour). • Will have a valid driving license in UAE • Russian Speaker Email for the CVs - [email protected]
