Visual Designer/ 3D Illustrator в финтех-стартап Vivid Money, созданный бывшими топ-менеджерами Тинькофф Банка Берлин, Германия Responsibilities: • Define a distinctive, and category-defining brand personality for Vivid through visual touchpoints inside the app, website, and socials; • Translate the brand strategy into vivid images, videos, graphics and animations; • Lead our design strategy to level up our brand and make sure we are consistent throughout all our touchpoints; • Develop ideas, concepts, and designs and conceptualize and create visual content that builds an emotional connection with our target group; • Enhance the design and storytelling of our brand channels including 3D Design, Illustration, CRM and Social Media; • Work cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, and Product Design team. Requirements: • 3+ years of design experience, with an excellent visual design foundation; • Proven ability to create and apply the elements of visual design and visual creations: 3D Design, illustration, typography and interaction. Motion graphic is a plus; • We would love to see your Portfolio; • Strong knowledge of 3D design tools and Illustration tools (the Adobe Suite and Figma); • A keen eye for design, aesthetics and details; • You work independently and juggle multiple high intensity projects at the same time; • A positive attitude and team spirit are a must - we’re a cross-cultural team working across borders with diverse backgrounds. We believe we’re better together; • Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas and you like to give and receive critical feedback in a team environment; • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal, German language skills is a plus).
