Наши читатели информируют, что черный список журналов, где ранее было 12 наименований, следует пополнить еще одним. Это Synthesis, журнал, издаваемый Thieme. Российские авторы получили следующее письмо:
Thieme deeply condemns the war of aggression on Ukraine and the related suffering that the Russian government has brought upon millions of people. In response to the recent incidents, sanctions and measures of varying severity have been adopted by many countries, companies, and institutions.
Whilst Thieme remains committed to scientific freedom, we need to also comply with sanctions and laws affecting our business activities by various countries like the EUR or the US. As a result, we need to inform you that your manuscript cannot proceed further in the peer-review process.
Therefore, your manuscript has to be withdrawn with immediate effect and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
