The International Monetary Fund (IMF) produced a dark economic forecast for the remainder of 2020. It predicts that we will see an aggressive V-shaped recovery. According to the IMF’s projections, it would also be the shortest depression ever.

It predicts that the entire world economy will contract by -3 percent in 2020, only to jump back by 5.8 percent in 2021.
