⚡️Requirements:
3+ years of experience as IT Sales or IT PM
2+ years of experience with Salesforce ecosystem & related systems: ERP, CPQ etc.
Understanding the advantages and strengths of different CRM systems;
Strong knowledge of the development lifecycle;
English: fluent|advanced.
✔️Daily tasks:
Finding direct partners/negotiations onsite;
Negotiations with Top Salesforce partners onsite;
Engaging and supporting sales cycles;
Create an effective sales strategy together with COO and Marketing/identify and achieve results;
Planning and executing business development;
Responsible for the growth of team's technical competency and skills;
Create promoting materials together with Marketing department
Identify goals for quarter + Yearly Target/monitor success
Market analysis/correct goals according to market trends and changings
Help to identify weak sides (documentation, lack of expertise, certificates, legal issues)
