Looking to start with one person, but if they bring on multiple developers, it’s quite likely that they would be working on separate projects. Task management: all the devs will be highly involved in scoping work, will join the daily stand-ups (initial stories will be provided). Selection: informal chat with customer for him to understand how comfortable the candidate is even getting themselves into a project like this. What’s very important to customer: a resource that won’t take too much of their time, be independent, proactive, and feel part of the team.
