English (reading, writing, speaking) is a mandatory requirement.
We are seeking a Lead Ethereum Developer candidate to lead development of Ethereum Smart Contracts for a decentralized financial (DeFi) protocol in our internal project.
You will be tasked with making and clearly communicating technology decisions, primarily around development approaches & techniques, and leading a team to develop infrastructure and tooling to maintain the protocol; as well as developing secure, well-tested, auditable and upgradable Ethereum Smart Contracts .
You should be a great communicator, an expert in technological development and hold your own in cryptoeconomics. You should deliver consistent results working on loose objectives in an ever-chainging domain with no oversight.
By working with us, you will:
Cooperate with numerous DeFI teams and protocols.
Build a protocol with hundreds of millions of dollars locked in it.
Build leadership skills and profile.
Be responsible for a critical layer in DeFi money legos.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cleary explain in writing technological opportunities and obstacles for the protocol.
Create timelines for the development and deployment of technological services.
Implement said services to a high standard.
Make and clearly communicate technological decisions for a protocol.
Act as a mentor to team members.
Requirements
Understanding of DeFi main concepts.
Ethereum blockchain smart contracts development and maintenance skills.
Great verbal and written communication.
Delegation skills.
CI/CD and frontend experience.
