​​3PM is an UNconference (participants centered event) so it is not about speakers or organizers but rather about your issues and experience.

What will happen:
- People working with people on cases
- Content generated by participants
- English language only

What will NOT happen:
- planned topics
- long presentations or lectures
- complaints about useless speeches

Format:
1. (40 min) An interactive interview (moderator + speaker + audience) - prepare your questions
2. (40 min) Solving cases - share your experience
3. (80 min) Open discussion - ask your questions, solve your issues, pitch your ideas

Who will come?
Intra- and extroverted, open minded, English speaking Engineers, Managers and Designers who have to communicate with other people

Within 3PM you get:
- structured ideas for managing your projects;
- solutions to your professional issues;
- managers templates and cases;
- new friends and colleagues;
