​​BitMEX will launch its own token BMEX in February 2022. New and existing users can earn BMEX Tokens. The first airdrops to BitMEX accounts will occur on 1 February, 2022. BMEX will have a maximum supply of 450M tokens. They will be minted at once and vested over a period of up to five years. The majority of BMEX will be spent rewarding users and growing the BitMEX ecosystem. 20% will be reserved for BitMEX employees and 25% for long-term commitment to the token. BMEX will become tradeable on BitMEX Spot market in early Q2 2022.
