​​Moonrock Capital and Morningstar Ventures released joint incubation startup, Polkamarkets. Both funds are known for their work with Polkastarter and Exeedme teams. Polkamarkets is a gamified prediction market on Polkadot that aims to deliver MVP in Q1 and release the product in Q2 this year.
