Converting off-road vehicles into campers isn’t a new trend. Back in the late 1970s, General Motors built the Chevy Blazer Chalet camper, a converted Blazer with a tiny camper attached. Over two years of production, Chevrolet sold just 1,800 Chalets: they are rare cars.
