Junior Client Communication Specialist

🏋🏻♀️ What will you do?
- Help with lead generation processes using LinkedIn and CRM systems.
- Manage the clients pipeline and track the flow of clients to always know who to follow up, when to follow up, and how to follow up.
- Suggest new ideas on how to touch-base with the clients.
- Assist Sharon sending various emails on her behalf, be her right hand in any communication.
- Talk to clients via Zoom or phone calls, make sure to establish great relationships and client experience.
🏋🏻♀️ Requirements:
- Fluent written and oral English
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and any CRM systems - or at least a huge desire and ability to learn those quickly. By quickly, we mean hours, not days.
- High productivity, self-reliance & organizing skills - you are excited about being part of a high-performing, self-organizing team on a pioneering mission, you know exactly how to organize your work and time to be very efficient.
- Passion for communication
- You are a self-starter curious to learn - you go straight in and enjoy getting tasks done and discovering how things work.
