Junior Client Communication Specialist My Start-Up Accelerator - the US-based company that is designed to help startups with main struggles such as pitch, funding, and operations 🏋🏻‍♀️ What will you do? - Help with lead generation processes using LinkedIn and CRM systems. - Manage the clients pipeline and track the flow of clients to always know who to follow up, when to follow up, and how to follow up. - Suggest new ideas on how to touch-base with the clients. - Assist Sharon sending various emails on her behalf, be her right hand in any communication. - Talk to clients via Zoom or phone calls, make sure to establish great relationships and client experience. 🏋🏻‍♀️ Requirements: - Fluent written and oral English - Familiarity with LinkedIn and any CRM systems - or at least a huge desire and ability to learn those quickly.
