Junior Financial Analyst Madison Capital Group is committed to providing innovative, comprehensive capital and transactional solutions for real estate owners and developers. 💸 What you will be doing: - Preparing offering memorandums for real estate finance transactions or doing related exhibits in Excel or Word. - Doing basic Internet research and putting information in databases related to real estate, finance transactions, developers, investors, etc. Transactions are all based in the US and particularly in Florida. - Preparing materials for investors, lenders, clients. - Other possible finance and analytics related tasks. 💸 Requirements: - Ongoing/complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Real Estate. - Excellent English skills - Analytical skills - you can analyze, structure, and work with the financial data, and come up with conclusions based on the information you receive. - You are expected to demonstrate financial statement awareness, such as working with Excel spreadsheets, finance data, software tools, and financial modeling. - Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail while working with numbers. - Adaptability & intelligence - you’ll need to quickly adapt to work with various digital tools and new information. - You are resilient, smart, outgoing, optimistic, and committed to success - the company is proud of the environment and the culture they were able to create, and would like a junior specialist to share these expectations. 💸 What we offer: - Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). - You will be provided with training on managing transaction processes, and support in the first month. - Unique opportunity to work closely with a successful entrepreneur and his talented team.
