Junior Social Media Manager for a US- and UK-based leading legal tech provider (remote) ⚡️What will you do? - Manage social media accounts of the company - you'll be responsible for posting the content, managing comments section by responding to them, preparing the appropriate engaging content (visuals and texts). The company uses mostly LinkedIn, but also will be copying and adjusting the content for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. - Maintain a content calendar - you'll be the one to decide what content to post month ahead, when and on what social media platforms. Therefore, we need you to be ready to understand the business fast, be flexible & agile. - Collaborate with a Video-editor on video content for social media. ⚡️Requirements: - Excellent written English skills - Ability to design, edit, and have social media copywriting talents. - Be flexible & agile - you need to quickly understand the specifics of the business and be able to adapt to the changes that are taking place in the industry. - Proactiveness and strong willingness to help the company grow - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor. - Initiative & creativity - you can come up with advertisement posts, proposals, and content ideas. - Excellent attention to detail - Self-reliance and the ability to make decisions on your own - you will for sure be discussing the ideas with the founder, but there will be no one to guide you on a day-to-day basis. - Organizing skills ⚡️What we offer: - Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2) with a potential to switch to full-time (8 working hours per day, 5/2) - Remote work. - A big opportunity to grow to a Team Leader position and manage the whole team of newcomers in the future.
