Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist VEL is a premium utopian tech-forward work cafe for the 21st century to usher the world's transition to a new flexible era of work. 💫 What will you do? - Come up with social media posts on Instagram and occasionally on LinkedIn, write original copy for ads: generate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly (e.g., original texts, photos, videos, and news). - Measure metrics of social media posts (e.g., ER, CTR, comments, saves, reach, etc.) and provide performance reports based on the data. - Interact with followers (e.g., give responses to comments and replies to Instagram stories, direct messages, etc.), respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews and conversations. - Shape language and tone used in sales emails, banners, and brochures. - Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, as for example, promotions and competitions. - Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network. 💫 Requirements: - Fluency in the English language - Proven experience in SMM and content creation/management (no matter whether professional or personal). We’ll ask you to provide a portfolio of what you’ve done. - Understanding of the metrics that drive digital growth across social media platforms. - Hands-on experience with Social Media tools, such as Hubspot and Mailchimp or similar. - Experience in content-creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. - Ability to generate viral conversation with deep engagement with followers. - Exceptional written communication skills - you will be communicating with English-speaking followers. - High attention to detail - Proactivity 💫 What we offer: - Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2) - An opportunity to work in a fast-paced US-based startup and learn crucial digital marketing skills. - Remote work.
