Junior Recruiter GRINTERN is a team of enthusiastic people who provide young aspiring talents with the opportunities to get a great career start in the startups of Silicon Valley and other US-based companies. We give them that chance! 👩🏻‍💻 What will you do? — Communicate with US startups’ founders that are interested in hiring talents for junior positions. — Compose interview scripts and scorecards for various jobs. — Conduct structured interviews to assess the candidates based on the client’s needs and requirements. — Select the best-fit candidates, fill in the showcase spreadsheet for a client to demonstrate why exactly those candidates were chosen. — Moderate client-talent interviews and help clients to make a final decision. — Maintain Applicant Tracking System and various databases during the whole process to track each step and all the needed information. — Help the team with other possible tasks or projects if they appear. 👩🏻‍💻 Requirements: — Fluent written and spoken English - — At least some experience in HR or recruitment — Interest in psychology, recruitment, and HR, and desire to develop in those spheres. — Passion to communicate - — Empathy and love to people — Excellent organizational skills — Super attention to detail 👩🏻‍💻 What we offer: — Full-time employment. — Fully remote work. — Opportunity to start a career in an international company with an inspiring mission. — Opportunity to learn from a talented team of people who love their job. — Horizontal growth within the company, opportunity to manage the new projects of interest.
