🇷🇺 Сложный случай. Помутнение ИОЛ в центральной зоне, после выполненной лазерной дисцизии помутнения задней капсулы. Также у пациента глаукома в анамнезе. Чтобы безопасно извлечь ИОЛ из мешка и сохранить его, нужно ее мобилизовать. Для этого я комбинирую два приема: механическую и вискодиссекцию. После удаления помутневшей ИОЛ имплантируется новая, которая устанавливается между передней и задней капсулой хрусталика. 🇬🇧 Complicated case. IOL opacification in the central zone, after laser discission of the posterior capsule opacification was performed. The patient also has a history of glaucoma. In order to safely remove the IOL from the bag and preserve it, it needs to be mobilized. To do this, I combine two techniques: mechanical and viscodissection. After the removal of the opacified IOL, a new one is implanted and placed between the anterior and posterior capsule of the lens.
