Тайвань вводит ограничения на Россию:
1. Effective from now on, the shipment will be handled in accordance with the announcement of the International Trade Bureau:
(1) For export to Russia, the goods are in the control list or the end user is not in the international blacklist/finally not used for weapons-->Apply to the Bureau of International Trade for a license (BY Shipment)
(1) End-use warranty of the end user
(2) Red Alert List (Abnormal Transaction) Checking and Closing Statement
(3) Relevant transaction documents
(4) Catalog or specification
(5) The business item introduction information of the end user (including company address)
(6) Other documents to be attached according to regulations
Before each export, the above documents must be provided to apply for a license. For example, if 100 ITEMs are exported, the catalogs and specifications of 100 ITEMs must be provided.
**Because Taiwan wants to strengthen its export control to Russia, the chances of applying for a license are not high,
(2) For export to Russia, the goods are not in the control list and the final user is not in the international blacklist + ultimately not for weapons use --> export customs clearance, the customs will provide a "not belonging to the Russian export list cut-off document", sign After verification, if the customs thinks that it is still in the list, it will be sent to the International Trade Bureau for review.
**If it is on the control list, but does not apply for permission, it will be fined (sentence of imprisonment of not more than five years, short-term detention, or a fine of not more than NT$3 million)
