We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist.
TeamDev is a product company with over 20 years of experience in creating our own products.
Responsibilities:
— Work with the existing customer base: processing incoming requests, accompanying clients from the first contact to signing the contract, assistance in resolving requests.
— Conduct presentations and client interviews to increase sales and familiarize existing customers with new functionality.
— Communicate regularly with the technical team of the product.
— Interact with the legal department to prepare contracts and send them to the client.
— Issue invoices, track their payment.
Requirements:
— Advanced English level both spoken and writing.
— 2+ years of experience in IT as Sales/Customer Care/Support Specialist.
— Good communication skills, mastery of the business correspondence etiquette, customer focus.
— Attention to detail, analytical thinking, perseverance.
