#relocate The Project needs the support of a scrum coordinator with a scrum master certification to work on the following tasks. The project consists of several scrum teams (currently 11 teams globally). Responsibilities: ▪️ Scrum Team’s Capacity and velocity Calculation for each sprint or PI; ▪️ Tracking progress in an efficient way through each team sprint and PI reports. Scrum team governance: ▪️ Presence in each team pre-sprint planning; ▪️ FTE’s vs workload calculations (story points assigned); ▪️ Jira Story Points for each PI and managing team’s timelines based on priorities; ▪️ Preparation of burn down/burn up charts within each team; ▪️ Facilitating teams scrum calls (e.g. daily or weekly scrums) as needed; ▪️ Coordination of unified Sprint/PI among different teams in project; ▪️ Commonize team structures (some are set in Scrum and some in Kanban); ▪️ Assisting each PO with their scrum requests; ▪️ Review of assigned tasks to each team during BRP. 🚩Send your CV to: [email protected]
