Certifier is looking for a Customer Success Specialist!
Certifier is a Cracow-based ed-tech startup. Currently, we are working on two products: 1) Certifier – software that helps people issue and manage digital certificates, and 2) Credsverse – a secure digital wallet where recipients can store, view, and share their credentials.
💻 What will you do?
– Communicate with users and clients (chats, emails)
– Conduct demo and onboarding calls
– Ensure feature adoption and educate customers about product updates
– Collect feedback from customers
– Review our existing processes and create new ones
– Create support and learning materials
✅ What are the requirements?
– Advanced level of English
– Fast learning skills, quick adaptability
– Empathy, communication skills
– Related work experience is very much beneficial (e.g. support agent, customer relationship specialist, account manager, etc)

– Full time
– Remote
– $900-$1200 netto depending on your experience
