Lead Generator Manager    What you'll be working on:  🔍 Leads search on LinkedIn and Upwork channels   💬 Pre-qualify leads by any open information, direct communication and follow-up them   ✏️ Handle incoming requests from leads and write custom proposals   ⚙️ Manage sales activity in Pipedrive CRM   📊 Prepare weekly reporting and contribute to company sales strategy development    Experience that will help you to do the job:  ✔️ Experience in and understanding of IT  ✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills   ✔️Intermediate English level to be able to communicate with the leads and the team    ✔️ Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking   ✔️ Time management skills, proactivity, and result-orientation   Experience that will be a plus:  ✔️Experience in Outbound Sales/Lead Generation  ✔️Experience in using Upwork/LinkedIn for lead generation ✔️Knowledge in managing a lead database using a CRM system Contact: @developstoday
