Magnetics is looking for a technical specialist in email marketing. Responsibilities: ‣ Create and support direct campaigns via Email, SMS, Push, OnSite notifications; ‣ Build automated workflows and implementing trigger-based campaigns; ‣ Working with segmentation of the customer base; ‣ Generate and test hypotheses to improve conversion rate; ‣ Interacting with content and copywriting departments; ‣ Ensuring the email template has correct content; ‣ A/B testing on email campaigns; ‣ Tracking and reporting of overall performance. Requirements: • Great attention to detail; • Experience in the gambling/betting industry is desirable; • 1+ years of experience in campaign setup and email segmentation; • Understanding of email marketing basics (OR, CTR, CR, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, postmasters, etc.); • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets); • Experience with CRM systems: Mailchimp, Unisender, Getresponse, etc. • English - intermediate.
