About the company: BikesBooking - online booking service for motorcycles, scooters and bicycles worldwide. We help travelers find rental vehicles in 65+ countries. Headquarters in Dublin.

Duties:

- Communication with customers of the service by e-mail and phone (sometimes) in English.
- Support and resolve issues of current customers.
- Communication with rental companies.
- Maintain orders and manage other operational tasks.
- In the off-season (winter) other tasks are envisaged - the search for new rentals, etc.

Requirements:

- MUST: Excellent and fluent English and Russian.
- The ability to motivate customers to purchase, sales skills.
- Experience in Customer Support is desirable, but not critical.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, empathy.
- The desire to help and solve customer problems.
- Sociability and friendliness.
- Passion for independent travel.

We offer:

- Salary € 500 per month, in the high season € 600.
- Remote work and flexible hours from 8 hours a day. Location is not important, but you need to be online 24/7.
