Changelog: - This release fixes a rare bug that lead to an infinite loop in calculation of signers. - Also, there is a fix of block difficulty checks. - Fixed very chatty logs about connection counts and other status info. - Added new parameter -t or --trace. From now on -d will enable debug log level (above info), and -t will enable trace level (above debug).
