– Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Online certificates are a bonus.
– Proven experience in writing/editing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools.
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
