⭐ Lead Editor at ELVTR (віддалено) ✏ Що робити? – Contribute to creating and approving the publication's layout, design, style, and tone of voice. – Edit articles for accuracy, grammar, and style. – Evaluate content and decide which stories, articles, and photographs to publish. – Hire, mentor, and develop writers and contributors. – Fact-check the information in articles and stories. – Provide suggestions for edits when needed. – Write editorial pieces to contribute to the publication. – Develop and manage budgets for the editorial team. – Develop the success of the publication. 📌 Що потрібно? – You are fluent in English – at least Advanced level is a must. – You have with rich vocabulary. – You have a University degree in journalism and/or communication, or equivalent education. – You are able to see the subtle differences between great and mediocre content. – You have at least 2 years of experience as a content editor or analytical content writer. – You can give constructive feedback to writers, partner entities, and project team. – You have great organization and time-management skills and are ready to take responsibilities for your decisions. – You have strong communication, liaison and interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels, you know how to lead the team. – You are passionate about learning and always look for a better way to do things. – You can be picky enough to get to the bottom of what will be really beneficial to our business needs.
