⭐️ Creative Designer at Sigma Software ✏️ Що робити? – Producing complex and advanced creative, non-trivial concepts/ideas for various domain areas, offering eye-catching, consistent decisions. – Negotiation of requirements, business objectives of the project with the client/team. – Understand project goals and convert them into high-quality creative decisions. – Strong ability to effectively communicate design position and negotiate solutions. – Timely project delivery within the deadlines, according to the task description and technical constraints. – Ability to predict and communicate the risks proactively, in order to meet the defined goals and timelines. – Being a proactive part of a creative design team, sharing own ideas/experience as for processes and approaches improvements. 📌 Що потрібно? – Be able to present own works and argue your decisions. – Be able to consistently produce creative, non-trivial concepts/ideas without the help from other motion designers. – Have Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English for one to one communication with the Clients. – Be able to work fast, think fast, respect and value your time and time of others. – Have a hands-on experience working with motion in Cinema 4D/Maya/Blender. – Hands-on experience with GPU rendering (Octane, RedShift) is a plus. – Know how to choose the right render format, codec, container, and render settings depending on the project’s requirements (both 2D/3D). – Illustrations and character design is a plus. – Have a theoretical knowledge of motion design principles (Disney as an example) and incorporate them in their workflow. – Have knowledge of storyboards and mood boards creation. – Know how to work in different animation styles/techniques, such as Cartoon and/or Kinetic Typography. – Able to incorporate proper motion choreography both in 2D and 3D animation workflows. – 2D/3D character rigging & animation is a plus. – Have a basic hands-on experience with any video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). 🌿 Які умови? – Health & Legal support. – Active professional community. – Continuous education and growing. – Flexible schedule. – Remote work. – Outstanding offices (if you choose it). – Sports and community activities. 📩 Куди писати? – Please contact via email: [email protected] #віддалено
