⭐️ Community Manager at product IT Startup ZibraAI ✏️ Що робити? – Educate the community on how to purposefully use our technology. – Building & managing community on Discord. – Growing Reddit profile. – Working with the Twitter community. – Manage seeding on the technical forums. – Monitoring and reporting on brand mentions on social networks, media, blogs, and review websites; respond to customers’ messages and comments. – Communicating with users on different platforms. – Working with closed communities. – Working on ZibraAI online and offline presence to industry events and conferences. – Collaborate closely with development and product teams. – Analysis of competitors and their products. 📌 Що потрібно? – Love to communicate and correspond. – Experience in building and growing communities. – Proven experience working with Discord, Reddit and main social media platforms. – Be able to accurately monitor and report feedback. – Excellent English language skills, verbal and written. – Passion about video games. – Be attentive to detail, stress-resistant, and ready to work in a rapidly changing environment.
