⭐️ Junior Growth Manager at Classtime ✏️ Що робити? – Growth Marketing: Contribute to the development of the growth funnel for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, with a focus on acquisition and engagement together with the Growth Team. – Customer Success & Research: Get to know our users, their use cases and pain points, answer their questions, and help them succeed via chat, email, video calls, and surveys to make our growth initiatives successful. – Support on revenue generation: account management & administration (preparation of invoicing), contribution to automation of this process. – Content Marketing: Prepare and develop Ukrainian/Russian content (text, landing pages, videos) – ensuring all content is localized, proofread, and approved before publishing. 📌 Що потрібно? Must-Have: – Previous experience in social media, communications, or content marketing. – Ability to formulate, test, and analyze hypotheses for growth or willingness to learn. – Ability to communicate with customers directly to ensure their success. – Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve great results and the goals of your job defined together with the Growth team. – Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding startup environment. – A passion and curiosity for the Education & Internet Startup Industry. – Excellent writing skills and attention for details in Ukrainian and Russian. – Good command of English (team communication, translations EN to UA/RU).
