A leading international professional services company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to be in charge of back-office functions transformation in order to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere in the company with the right culture, processes, and systems.

Main goal:
📍 To drive strategic improvements in back-office functions such as Finance, HR & Admin, Marketing, Procurements, and IT.
What you will do:
🚀 Implement customer-oriented culture in the key back-office divisions
🚀 Support culture transformation by the right processes and SLAs
🚀 Optimize IT landscape of the company to ensure the appearance of user-friendly digital interfaces
🚀 Drive improvement of HR and business-related metrics
Required competences:
✅ Complex transformation programs experience
✅ Experience in building cross-functional processes
✅ Track-record in back-office functions improvement
✅ Results orientation and determination to set goals and achieve beyond them
✅ Ability to translate corporate strategy into the definition of a business unit
✅ Set clear targets to focus people on accomplishing the change
Additional qualifications:
⭕️ Background in finance or any function related to operational transformations
⭕️ Background in management consulting (Big3 or Big4) is a plus
⭕️ Experience in managing over 30 people
⭕️ International experience is a plus
