🔥 Strategy Manager at Essence Investment AG, a holding company managing two CBD assets - premium CBD product manufacturers with one of the largest greenhouses in EU and own retail. ____ Essence Investments is looking for a Strategy Manager with a background in one of Big 3 (BA/SBA level) who will be reporting directly to the GM and Board memeber of the portfolio companies. 🧠 You will be the brain of the company that is planning to become one of the key producers of CBD premium products in EU. The key priorities of the role: ⭕️To conduct strategy development as well as competitor and market analysis ⭕️To help develop priorities across category portfolio ⭕️To provide analytical insights and recommendations on prioritization of the markets in the process of European expansion ⭕️To help transfer supporting functions to the new service office as well as drive other business process optimization projects ⭕️To support M&A activities of the company (due diligence, etc.) The company is based in Zug.
