VC Fund: Associate Position   Headquartered in Moscow, this VC fund invests in tech ventures globally. We are looking for: · Associate   Requirements: · Top-tier university with Economics/Finance/Math major · At least 2-3 years of VC/PE/IB/Consulting background · Deep knowledge of VC industry, tech trends, players, and business models · Strong interpersonal, technical, and presentation skills · Fluent English, good writing skills in both English and Russian · CFA or equivalent professional certification would be advantageous   Primary responsibilities: · Identify and source investment opportunities and themes by establishing referral networks and relationships, maintaining database and pipeline of investment targets, and conducting market research · Support all aspects of investment process of leading key aspects of diligence on opportunities and deal processes, prepare investment memos and other discussion materials for investment committee · Assisting portfolio business development through monitoring and support of portfolio companies · Supporting investment portfolio performance oversight by contributing to portfolio reporting processes and presentations   Process: · 1-2 interviews with Investment Director · 1 test assignment   What we offer: · Competitive and comprehensive remuneration package with fixed salary and annual bonus component · Hybrid schedule (office/remote) · Flat corporate structure Please send your CVs to [email protected] with a reference to this channel
