The food items related to the dispute have been consumed, not allowing the merchant the ability to resolve the cardholder issue. In effort to maintain the integrity of the dispute process, effective for disputes processed on or after 14 October 2023, a dispute will be invalid for the quality of food received from eating places or restaurants.
