Разработчики ETH рассказали, что ими была проверена большая часть обновленного ПО, готовящегося для хардфорка Istanbul. Речь идет о двух серьезных изменениях в коде, позволяющих ускорить производительность сети.
Проведение хардфорка запланировано на октябрь текущего года. В сентябре должен состояться окончательный аудит нового программного обеспечения, после чего сеть начнут готовить к апдейту. Также разработчики намерены провести запуск Ethereum 2.0 уже в начале осени, но подробности проекта пока не были опубликованы.
✅Главной особенностью обновления станет внедрение решения EIP 131. Протокол повышает эффективность проверки данных на блокчейне и ускоряет процесс идентификации пользователей. Ранее решение уже использовалось стартапом Parity Technologies для собственной программной продукции. Его специалисты рассказали, что протокол позволяет ускорить процесс интеллектуальной модернизации смарт-контрактов.
