На этой неделе криптовалютная биржа Bitfinex представила свою платформу для первоначальных биржевых предложений (IEO) под названием Tokinex.
📌Первым IEO на платформе станет проект Ampleforth, который разрабатывает стейблкоин с алгоритмическим обеспечением стабильности курса. Проект поддержали несколько известных имен в криптоиндустрии: Pantera Capital, Брайан Армстронг (соучредитель и генеральный директор Coinbase), Slow Ventures, Huobi Capital и FBG.
☝️Проект хочет привлечь $4,9 млн, выставив на продажу 5 млн. ERC20-токенов AMPL (10% общей эмиссии). Минимальная сумма инвестиций (принимаются исключительно биткоины) для одного участника составляет $20, максимальная — $10 000. Распределить токены Tokinex обещает в течение одной недели после окончания токенсейла.
✅Пользователи из Украины и Беларуси до участия в IEO не допускаются. В IEO также не смогут поучаствовать инвесторы из США и 32 других юрисдикций; на Россию этот запрет не распространяется. Чтобы принять участие в токенсейле, инвесторам необходимо пройти идентификацию через приложение Blockpass, предоставив паспорт и документ, подтверждающий место жительства.

This week Bitfinex cryptocurrency exchange presented its platform for the initial exchange offers (IEO) called Tokinex.
📌The first IEO on the platform will be the Ampleforth project, which develops steablcoin with algorithmic support for course stability. The project was supported by several well-known names in the crypto industry: Pantera Capital, Brian Armstrong (co-founder and CEO of Coinbase), Slow Ventures, Huobi Capital and FBG.
☝️The project wants to raise $ 4.9 million, putting up for sale 5 million AMPL ERC20 tokens (10% of the total issue). The minimum investment amount (only Bitcoins are accepted) for one participant is $ 20, the maximum is $ 10,000. Tokinex promises to distribute the tokens within one week after the end of the tokensale.
✅Users from Ukraine and Belarus are not allowed to participate in IEO. IEO will also not be able to participate investors from the United States and 32 other jurisdictions; This ban does not apply to Russia.
