Положение альткоина XRP продолжает усугубляться после судебного иска со стороны Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC).
✅Лайткоин (LTC) вытеснил XRP с четвертого места в рейтинге крупнейших цифровых валют по версии CoinMarketCap. Сейчас стоимость всех LTC составляет чуть более $10,74 млрд, тогда как капитализация XRP держится в районе $10,349 млрд.
Лайткоин уже опережал XRP, затем последний смог вновь вернуться на четвертую строчку рейтинга криптовалют.
Однако на фоне нового судебного иска к компании Ripple положение ее альткоина вновь усугубилось. На этот раз истцом выступила Tetragon, вложившая свой капитал в XRP еще в 2019 году. Она требует, чтобы суд обязал Ripple выкупить акции, принадлежащие Tetragon. Речь идет об инвестициях в XRP на сумму около $200 млн.
Кроме этого, в судебном иске отмечается, что необходимо запретить ответчику любые операции с активами до тех пор, пока спор с SEC не будет улажен.
