​Binance запускает стейкинговый сервис для Эфириума 2.0🏁

1 декабря стартовала первая фаза Эфириума 2.0 под названием Beacon Chain, а сегодня, 2 декабря, криптовалютная биржа Binance запускает сервис для стейкинга монет в ETH2.
☝️Пользователи смогут блокировать свои монеты ETH для стейкинга и получать награды за участие в подтверждении транзакций. При этом им будут выданы токены BETH в пропорции 1:1 с объемом заблокированных монет.
Награды за стейкинг также будут выдавать в токенах BETH. Обмен BETH на ETH будет доступен после запуска следующей фазы Эфириума 2.0. Также будет запущена полноценная торговля в паре ETH/BETH.
❗️При этом, если для прямого участия в стейкинге Эфириума 2.0 пользователю необходимо заблокировать как минимум 32 ETH, то при стейкинге через сервис Binance можно заблокировать от 0.0001 ETH.
Годовая доходность за участие в стейкинге составит от 5% до 20%. Пользователи, которые пройдут процедуру верификации, в период со 2 по 16 декабря 2020 года будут получать удвоенную награду за стейкинг:
🔺«Верифицированные пользователи будут получать дополнительную награду в монетах BNB по курсу BNB/ETH, равную награде в BETH за стейкинг. Это позволит удвоить награду в указанный период».

Stock market-listed mining company Hive Blockchain (HVBTF) reported that it was able to end the second quarter with a profit, despite continuing "large costs" related to capacity upgrades.
📌Hive's revenue for the period was $ 13 million, an increase of 8% over the same period last year. Earnings reached $ 7.4 million or $ 0.03 per share. Last year, in the second quarter, the loss was $ 1.8 million. Gross profit from mining rose to $ 9.2 million against a loss of more than $ 560,000 last year.
“We were able to drive down costs, which resulted in the largest cash flow of any quarter since Hive entered the stock market three years ago,” the company said.
✅Hive is one of the largest Ethereum miners and records a decrease in capacity aimed at mining bitcoin as a result of the termination of previously valid agreements for cloud mining. This line of business has ceased to be profitable, Hive explained. Now it uses revenues from the extraction of ether to increase capacity, including the formation of the primary base for mining bitcoin. The coronavirus pandemic has caused delays in the supply of bitcoin miners, but in the future, the company still expects to reach a hash rate of 1,000 petachs per second (PH / s).
🔺 “We believe that ether, on a relative basis, will make a big leap to catch up with Bitcoin,” the company said, noting that only one of the two cryptocurrencies has so far returned to historic highs.
By the end of January 2021, Hive expects to move completely from 4GB GPU to 8GB, with which it will become an even larger miner on the Ethereum network.
“We need to speed up coin sales a bit to fund the GPU upgrade. But we believe it is important to maintain good reserves in Bitcoin and Ethereum, ”adds Hive
