Биржа криптовалют Binance сегодня провела плановое обновление торговой платформы.
✅Обновление стартовало в 05:00 МСК и, по первоначальным оценкам, должно быть занять два часа. Впоследствии компания сообщила о продлении сроков и смогла завершить все необходимые работы к 08:00. Торговая активность на платформе была возобновлена к 08:30. Опционные и фьючерсные продукты Binance во время всего периода обновления оставались полностью функциональными.
Как сообщил CEO Binance Чанпэн Чжао в своём Twitter, это крупнейшее обновление за всё время существования биржи.
🔺«Мы переключи движок сопоставления заявок на новый язык программирования (и переписали весь код с нуля, как требовалось). Обновление было настолько большим, насколько возможно. Два года подготовки, всё ради ускорения производительности», – написал он.
Последние обновления позволили Binance заметно снизить проявления неэффективности биржевой инфраструктуры, например при резких колебаниях рынка.

Binance cryptocurrency exchange today conducted a scheduled update of the trading platform.
✅ The update started at 05:00 Moscow time and, according to initial estimates, it should take two hours. Subsequently, the company announced an extension of deadlines and was able to complete all necessary work by 08:00. Trading activity on the platform was resumed by 08:30. Binance's optional and futures products remained fully functional throughout the entire upgrade period.
According to Chanpeng Zhao, CEO of Binance, on his Twitter, this is the largest update since the exchange’s existence.
🔺 “We switch the application matching engine to a new programming language (and rewrote all the code from scratch, as required). The update was as large as possible. Two years of preparation, all for the sake of speeding up productivity, ”he wrote.
Recent updates have allowed Binance to significantly reduce the manifestations of the inefficiency of the exchange infrastructure, for example, with sharp market fluctuations.
📌The Bitcoin exchange rate did not demonstrate increased volatility against the background of today's technical works at Binance and fell shortly below $ 9,000 after they were finished.
