Биржевой протокол Balancer для автоматизированного маркетмейкинга во вторник запустил собственный токен в основной сети Ethereum. Согласно The Block, в первый день получателями токенов стали около 1 000 Ethereum-кошельков, а начальная эмиссия составила 35 435 000 BAL.
☝️Вскоре после запуска токен стал доступен для торгов на собственной платформе Balancer и децентрализованной бирже Uniswap, где его курс поднимался от $7 до $22. Объёмы торгов при этом оставались относительно невысокими.
1 июня Balancer запустили программу майнинга при помощи предоставления ликвидности. Тогда команда отмечала, что награды будут распределяться не сразу, поскольку смарт-контракт ещё требовал доработки.
За 3 недели поставщикам ликвидности было начислено 435 000 BAL. В будущем они еженедельно будут получать 145 000 BAL. Всего будет выпущено до 65 млн токенов, из которых 25 млн принадлежат команде и инвесторам, а 10 млн были выделены на дальнейшее развитие проекта.

The Balancer exchange protocol for automated marketmaking on Tuesday launched its own token on the Ethereum core network. According to The Block, on the first day, about 1,000 Ethereum wallets became recipients of tokens, and the initial issue was 35,435,000 BAL.
☝️ Shortly after launch, the token became available for trading on its own Balancer platform and the decentralized Uniswap exchange, where its rate rose from $ 7 to $ 22. At the same time, trading volumes remained relatively low.
On June 1, Balancer launched a mining program by providing liquidity. Then the team noted that the awards would not be distributed immediately, since the smart contract still needed to be finalized.
Over 3 weeks, 435,000 BAL was charged to liquidity providers. In the future, they will receive 145,000 BAL weekly. In total, up to 65 million tokens will be issued, of which 25 million belong to the team and investors, and 10 million were allocated for the further development of the project.
❗️According to the DeFi Market Cap resource, the total capitalization of decentralized finance projects reached $ 6.7 billion.
