В России специалисты Ассоциации криптовалют и блокчейна совместно с Комиссией по правовому обеспечению цифровой экономики разработали уникальную систему, определяющую реальную стоимость биткоина. Инструмент два раза в минуту делает запросы на крупнейшие биржи, после чего формирует среднее значение.
🔺«Наш инструмент дает возможность структурировать курсы валют и цифровых активов, выводя их в единую таблицу. Система при помощи относительно простой нейросети определяет средние значения и выводит их. Инструмент даст возможность проводить сделки с криптовалютами и платить налоги по актуальному курсу. Это важно для крупных компаний, оперирующих значительными суммами», — рассказали разработчики уникальной системы.
В России пока не был принят закон о цифровых активах, из-за чего их оборот не является легальным. Инструмент РАКИБ сможет применяться даже в случае, если Центробанк полностью отвергнет идею по внедрению криптовалют в обиход. По словам председателя комитета ГД по финансовому рынку Анатолия Аксакова, ЦБ пока не готов четко определиться с криптовалютным сектором, но монеты точно не будут выступать в качестве аналога фиата.
✔️Налоговая служба России ранее предлагала физическим лицам самостоятельно рассчитывать налог с криптовалютных операций. Сами транзакции при этом будут приравниваться к обмену имущества на купленный товар. Нормы по уплате налогов для бизнеса пока не были вынесены на обсуждение.

🔺 “Our tool makes it possible to structure the exchange rates of digital currencies and digital assets, listing them in a single table. The system, using a relatively simple neural network, determines average values and displays them. The tool will provide an opportunity to conduct transactions with cryptocurrencies and pay taxes at the current rate. This is important for large companies operating in significant amounts, ”said the developers of the unique system.
Russia has not yet adopted a law on digital assets, which is why their turnover is not legal. The RACIB tool can be used even if the Central Bank completely rejects the idea of introducing cryptocurrencies into everyday life. According to the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market Anatoly Aksakov, the Central Bank is not yet ready to clearly determine the cryptocurrency sector, but the coins will definitely not act as an analogue of the fiat.
✔️The tax service of Russia previously suggested that individuals independently calculate the tax on cryptocurrency transactions. The transactions themselves will be equated with the exchange of property for the purchased goods. Tax rates for businesses have not yet been tabled.
