В середине этой недели совет при Фонде развития цифровой экономики создал Комитет по вопросам цифровых финансовых активов и цифровой валюты. Об этом сообщило агентство РБК.
❗️В задачи комитета войдет реализация положений закона о регулировании отношений в криптосфере.
Напомним, криптовалютное законодательство начнет действовать в России с января будущего года.
В первую очередь, перед комитетом поставлена задача предлагать идеи и варианты их реализации в рамках программы по цифровому развитию нашей страны.
☝️Кроме этого, на фоне рисков оттока квалифицированных кадров за границу структура также займется разработкой механизмов, стимулирующих компании не переходить в иностранные юрисдикции, а работать на родине.
В состав комитета вошли представители криптобиржи Binance, которая ранее неоднократно отмечала гигантский потенциал российского рынка. Глава представительства торговой площадки в РФ и СНГ Глеб Костарев заявил, что цифровые валюты должны стать общепринятыми инструментами, пользоваться которыми можно будет наравне с другими активами.
📌При этом российские власти не намерены разрешать применение криптовалют в стране при оплате товаров и услуг. Ранее глава правительства Михаил Мишустин отмечал, что необходимо признать цифровые активы имуществом. Токены можно будет передавать и хранить, но не более того.

In the middle of this week, the Council at the Digital Economy Development Fund created a Committee on Digital Financial Assets and Digital Currency. This was reported by the RBC agency.
❗️The tasks of the committee will include the implementation of the provisions of the law on the regulation of relations in the cryptosphere.
Recall that cryptocurrency legislation will start operating in Russia from January next year.
First of all, the committee was tasked with proposing ideas and options for their implementation within the framework of the digital development program of our country.
☝️In addition, against the background of the risks of an outflow of qualified personnel abroad, the structure will also develop mechanisms to stimulate companies not to move to foreign jurisdictions, but to work at home.
The committee includes representatives of the Binance crypto exchange, which has previously repeatedly noted the huge potential of the Russian market. The head of the representative office of the trading platform in the Russian Federation and the CIS, Gleb Kostarev, said that digital currencies should become generally accepted tools that can be used on an equal basis with other assets.
At the same time, the Russian authorities do not intend to allow the use of cryptocurrencies in the country when paying for goods and services. Earlier, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted that it is necessary to recognize digital assets as property. Tokens can be transferred and stored, but nothing more.
