American fintech company Ripple is selling a third of its stake in the MoneyGram payment service. This is the first such operation since the start of cooperation between the two companies in 2019.
📌According to reports filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, Ripple has 6.22 million shares of MoneyGram, or 8.6% of the total, as well as a warrant to buy another 5.95 million shares, which allows it will increase its stake to 12.2 million shares, or 17% of the total.
