С 2020 года германские банки получат право хранить биткоин и обрабатывать криптовалютные транзакции. Об этом сообщили местные СМИ и уточнили, что на данный момент немецкие кредитные организации не имеют права предоставлять клиентам такие услуги.
Законопроект о легализации сделок с биткоином уже одобрен парламентом страны – Бундестагом. В ближайшее время этот документ поступит на рассмотрение властей 16 немецких областей. Он был отредактирован в соответствии с требованиями четвертой директивы Евросоюза о борьбе с легализацией криминальных доходов.

The bill on the legalization of Bitcoin transactions has already been approved by the country's parliament - the Bundestag. In the near future, this document will be submitted to the authorities of 16 German regions. It was edited in accordance with the requirements of the fourth EU directive on combating money laundering.
